My granddaughter was disappointed that the watch didnt work when she tried it on at Christmas. According to the reviews, two out three had dead batteries.

By Grandpa Watch strap buckle (plastic) was broken before out of the box. I purchased the watch for my 5 y.o. granddaughter for Christmas. I took the watch to a local jeweler to have buckle replaced and found out the battery was bad, too. $14 later with new buckle and battery. . .priceless????
I think it's great that Amazon emailed me asking my opinion of this product.
