Gift for chef in Hawaii Jan 29, 2008
By E. Clemens I bought theese as a gift for a chef friend of mine who had eluded an interest in learning to make sushi. The knives I felt were reasonably priced to encourage learning without pressure. He absolutely loves the set, is becoming quite accomplished at sushi, and will often use the sharp blades on soft friuts he wants sliced just so. Sadly, they do not come with a way to safely store them, only a cardboard gift box. That is why I only gave it 4 stars.
