I too have experienced this watch failing to keep time. Replaced the battery but that was not the problem. And of course the return date has expired and I have thrown away all the packaging. As much as I love Disney, this watch is not up to their standards.

Looks just like it does in the pics. Decent quality, not like a flimsy knock-off. I consider it a good deal for the price.

I am very disappointed in my Mickey Mouse watch. It ran well for less than a week. For some reason it does not run a full day before stopping. I had hoped it was the battery, but it is not. I took it to a jeweler to check the battery. I wish I had saved all the packaging and paperwork so that I would have an easier time returning it.

The first one of these "mickey mouse" watches purchased had to be sent back because it would not run unless you literally held in on the stem.
I was sent another one promptly - really happy with the way the return & exchange was handled.
BUT, now the new one purchased as a Christmas gift has stopped running and will have to be returned.
Come on Mickey you can do better than this if you are going to put your name on it.

Before I purchased this watch I read the reviews which weren't great but my dad really wanted one for his birthday and I was unable to find a suitable looking one. I went against by better judgement and purchased this watch and it stopped working within a week. What a disappointment! Based on my personal experience and the other reviews I would not recommend purchasing this watch. I would also like to say that I never had any problems with any of my other Amazon purchases quality or otherwise.
