Donald is my favorite Disney character, LOVE him! I have been searching for many years for a nice looking Donald Duck watch, one that doesn't look like a little kid's watch like you get at Disneyland... one that looks like you spent some money on it. And that's what this watch appeared to be when I stumbled across it.
But when I got it last month it wasn't what I expected it to be.
Why? Well first off the product details promises a fancy clasp with an added guard glasp (a feature I like on my more expensive Fossil brand watches), but that's NOT how it comes. It only has a regular/standard cheap clasp with no added safety clasp that folds over it (like in the illustration you find when clicking on the link here in the product details).
Also, when looking at the picture here the watch looks more substantial... by that I mean heavier. Instead when you hold it and put it on it feels very light, almost like it's made out of some cheaper material rather than metal. And it's quite dainty for a man's watch, well compared to the more bulky Fossil watches it is (Google Fossil brand watches and you'll see the difference).
Oh, and the gold rim around the face of the watch in person lookes cheap, like the gold is made of plastic. The gold stripe down the band looks nice, but that rim around the face doesn't.
If it weren't for the fact that I love Donald Duck and he's on the face of the watch I'd probably have rated this product with 2 stars instead of 3.
Do I recommend you buy this? Only if, like me, you're tired of searching all over for a nicer looking Donald watch and simply don't want to wait more months and years for something better.

After reading the other review, I wasn't expecting a high quality watch. Like him, I figured this would work until I found a better option. WRONG. The watch was smaller than I expected and would not fit around my wrist. I have an average adult male wrist. This watch is obviously intended for a child or very small adult. It's a little to "dainty" for most men, but to masculine for most women. Other than that, it's a very nice watch....
