Disney Women's Pooh Watch May 27, 2011
By Frank Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend (huge Disney and Pooh fan). I waited six months to review it to see if my initial reaction would change (which was to return it). It did. First off, this thing is light. I mean, it makes my $10 Casio feel like a Rolex. When I first picked it up I questioned whether it was even metal. It feels a bit chintzy.
The real test though, is how the receiver feels about it and my girlfriend loves it. This is the fourth of fifth watch I've bought her (and the lowest priced) and she owns at least a half-dozen of her own. She wears this one more than any of the others. She likes the weight. Barely feels it on her arm. It looks nice (picture is accurate) and she feels comfortable wearing it with a wide variety of outfits.
A caveat - I have a reasonable amount of experience working with watches and adjusting the band on this one was a pain. Not the worst I've seen, but definitely worse than most. Many people will feel obligated to bring it to a jeweler or equivelant to get it adjusted. Expect $10 - $20 if you need to do so.
