 G-Shock Purple strap/Red Dial watch Nov 28, 2011

I brought it for my son. He likes the contrast of the two colors. It is very unique. The strap is of the shinny kind of plastic. My son is a teenage and is very rough on his watches. He has already broken two digital watches. I will see if this G-Shock will hold up. One disappointment is the alarm is not too loud. One will have to pay attention to hear it. I am not sure the alarm can wake someone up from sleep or hear it in public places.

Favorite watch ever,...
Separate Analog & Digital times are perfect for real time / time clock time at my job.
Favorite colors proper shade of Purple and enough black to accent the watch.
The size is actually smaller than I expected slightly larger than the baby g shock watches.
Watch band is high quality and comfortable.
If anyone is curious the backlight looks pink.
