I really like the classic look of this watch, so I ordered it with some trepidation. As it turns out, it was unwarranted. This watch is large and well built. It has a solid feel to it, with no sharp edges or flimsy feel. The movement is a Japanese quartz which means it will last near forever and keep great time.

Invicta makes a great watch and amazon made it even better with a fantastic price. I have many Invicta watches and ALWAYS look at amazon before I buy a new model --saves time and saves money and saves hassle plus get free 5 yeAR WARRANTY UPGRADE

like the style, but My watch had issues after only 4 1/2 months, Invicta rips you off on Servicing the watch even when covered by the warranty with a $28 "handling charge" which is over half the paid price of the watch...THANKS INVICTA

This watch is attractive and the workmanship is good. But the dial is a bit too large for my taste. When the jeweler took this watch to adjust the band she exclaimed, "Wow, that's big!"
I was also disappointed with the glow-in-the-dark dial. The hands glow, but the numbers and the 12 indicator dots next to the numbers do not glow. Because of this, in the dark you can only approximate the time.
The magnifier bubble above the date makes viewing the date unwieldy. You can't see the date when the watch is angled. To view the date you must rotate your wrist so that you're viewing the dial directly.
This watch would be good for someone with poor eyesight, as the numbers are large and the white-on-black contrast is highly legible. It keeps time well. Amazon shipped this watch fast and in perfect condition.

Very masculine, nice looking watch. Classy and substantial. The date window has only numbers (no months) so will need to be reset each month - no big deal. So far, the watch keeps perfect time. I bought this for my teenage son who's a big boy - size 2X shirts. He still needed to have a few of the links removed from the watch band, and the watch face is huge, too! He really likes this watch; it looks great with his big hands and muscular arms. Good value for $50, and my son loves showing people the "original" $395 price tag!
