It came in a very nice box, seems to be made well enough. The band snags arm hairs quite often, but it is rather light for an all metal watch. Very attractive and classic face for the price, but the band sparkles which is a turn off for me personally. I'd rather have simpler chromed stainless steel band than the watches textured sparkling brass finish. The Diamond name is a little deciving and so are the pictures. There is a small cloudy stone for every three positions around the dial. Over all, it looks very nice indoors, but in day light its a bit too much sparkle for may taste.

Nice looking watch however it was dead on arrival! I went ahead and replaced the battery and the watch still does not work. Now waiting for Amazon support to assist.

Arrived with dead battery.
Very disappointing.
Nice looking watch.
Hope it works after "I replace the battery" at my cost and time.
Very poor on Amazon's part.
We are fans of Jules Jurgensen, not happy with Amazon.
Five stars for Jules Jurgensen watch, Two for Amazon.
I gave my wife a Jules Jurgensen watch for our first Christmas 41 years ago.
She still likes it very much.
Never a problem with her watch.
Now is Amazon going to make good on this?

Pros- It works and keeps time
Cons- The links pinch your arm hair when you wear it. I have a gold watch and wanted a silver one as well but in my new watch, the links pinch your skin/hair. the diamonds around the face are in every third slot, not every slot like i assumed from the picture
