I bought this watch as a gift for my fiancé,to give
On our wedding day.
It is beautiful and I am very impressed with the reputation and history
of Jules Jurgensen; I did a search on them before I bought and wow.
I cannot believe the price; the only issue is that the watch was not running, I hope it is just the battery is dead.
I was not happy with the fact that it was sent not working, I followed all the directions and still nothing.
After I finally found Amazons customer # at 1-866-216-1072.
They were very prompt in sending me a replacement and the
Form needed to ship the first watch back at no cost to me.

As well as on the shipping receipts. Thanks.
It took me over 20 minutes to find any contact info.
So far I am very pleased.
It is so beautiful and I am sure my soon to be husband will be very pleased.
I think this will make the perfect wedding gift for him, as we start our life together.
