Selected this one to ship to my little girl. I'm a military service member currently deployed in the Middle East. I wanted to send her something special for her birthday. She was extremely excited to receive her first watch! She updated my wife on the time all that afternoon. I found out that by the next morning, the watch was already broken. The time is not displaying. If I'd wanted to buy her a Justin Bieber bracelet, that's what I would have bought.

The only positive I can say is that the product arrived quickly. Too bad the watch was broken and the accompanying packaging states that you would have to pay 7.50 to ship the watch back. Sorry, this is just a crappy deal all the way around. One watch that doesn't work, one disappointed daughter, and wasted money.

My 6-year-old niece absolutely loved this! It's perfectly kid-sized. We did have a little trouble getting the time set, but it did work. It's been a month and it's still working, which is longer than I thought it would last.

Terrible! I bought this for my daughter and I wrapped it, when we opened the package on Christmas morning the watch face was shifted and the only way to fix would be to break the face. What a waste!

I bought this watch for a 6 year old Bieber fan. The look and feel of the watch is great, very cute and kid friendly. I ordered two of these because one was 'misplaced' during delivery so a second one was rushed to me for xmas delivery. When we trying to set the time, the watch wouldn't allow us to manually set it. The numbers would just constantly scroll as if we were pressing the buttons (which we weren't) and we had to just hurry up and press another button when the value we needed was on the screen. Completely strange! We got it set, but i'm sure if the child gets home and starts pressing buttons the setting will mess up. The delivery company found the original package (they delivered to a wrong address) so I gave the other away to another Bieber fan (also 6yr old girl). I DID NOT have the same issue with this watch. It worked perfectly. So this let me know the incident was isolated to that one specific watch. Still a great product for a kid in love with JB.
