don't bother Feb 06, 2009
By JGSL I bought this watch for my 10-year old son. He loved the look of it and it seemed to be good quality. However, after only a few days the second hand fell off. He really wanted the watch fixed, so I paid the $8.95 shipping and handling fee plus about $5 to ship it back to the company to have it repaired or replaced. I noticed that as I put the watch in the envelope the battery is also dead. I'm afraid the company is going to try to charge me for a new battery--there is some mention of that in the warranty information. What a hassle!
seconds hand fell off May 26, 2010
By srajr I bought this watch for a birthday gift. Within 3 weeks, the seconds hand fell off. Sounds like it's a common problem. I was going to replace it with another of the same, but after reading the other reviewer who had the same experience, I'll find another option.
