Disappointed with Gucci Dec 27, 2011

Very disappointed. On the first day that my wife wore the watch, the band broke loose. Apparently, the band pin was defective (so the 'safety clasp" was ineffective). Fortunately, my wife found the watch and loose parts in the car. This was especially disappointing considering the brand name and the price paid for the watch.

The tiny screws on the chain started to get loose after 1 months, and the warranty does not cover that part. very disappointed for a watch that costs so much!

My daughter wanted this watch to remember her grandfather, as the money had come from his estate. She is delighted with it and she was delighted with the price. Even after adding taxes, as we live in the UK, it was far cheaper than we could have purchased it for here. The watch also arrived very promptly in around 5 days, brilliant.
