Stylish, high quality watch Feb 16, 2012
By Greg More This is my second Seiko Kinetic watch. The first lasted 12 years. (It needs to be repaired, so it might live again.) I also have a traditional Seiko that is over 20 years old and ticking away. I bought this Seiko Kinetic 6 months ago. I needed a stylish but simple, not too-big, not too-small watch for business. Something that fits under a dress shirt cuff. If you've never had a Kinetic, you're in for a treat. Goodbye watch batteries. I only wear this watch 3-4 times a week. It never stops. The time never needs adjusting. This watch has a quality band that should last for a long time. The crystal on both my old Kinetic and this one doesn't get scratched. Don't pay attention to the list prices for watches. It should be pretty easy to get this for around $100. The only thing you might want to take note of is whether you're buying from an authorized re-seller for the Seiko warranty. But I didn't. I've always felt comfortable with Seiko quality.

Great watch Apr 27, 2012
By JFE I purchased this Seiko as I wanted a nice looking stainless steel banded watch to wear to work. This watch fits that bill perfectly - the face is clean, easily read but looks more sophisticated then the price tag would have you believe. The Kinetic function is also nice to have.
I'd recommend this watch if you are looking for a classy-ish white face steel Seiko.
Cheers, JFE

like this good watch. Mar 31, 2012
By roy don't know much about watches, but it looks cool. The silver dial and stainless band are very beautiful. Somebody told me that this kind of kinetic watch could use just 5 years or less and then the capacitor will not work should be replaced. I don't know if it's real and a bit worry about it. Anyway, it's a good watch and i like it.
