One BIG watch Jan 13, 2011
By Pappadoc

I purchased this watch a few days ago. It is a very nice time piece. BUT, it is BIG. I had no idea the watch face was going to be so large. My wrist is not as large as some are and it totally flopped around on my wrist and looked awkward even with the slack taken out of the bracelet. As far as the quality of the watch goes I gave it 5 stars. Very nice bracelet, easily readable face, nice heft and feel. It has substance. Unless you want a large timepiece with a very large watch face and long bracelet you might want to look at some of the other Tissot models instead of this one. I have opted for the Tissot Men's T17.1.486.34 PRS200 Chronograph with white face and blue dials. Hopefully this will suit my taste. Large watches seem to be a very in vogue these days. I'm not a follower of fashion trends, probably never will either. Too old school, or so my better half says.

Hard to read Aug 27, 2011
By Greg Hyde Beautiful watch and good value for money - BUT - What was Tissot thinking. The too skinny silver hands reflect white or almost black. The face has both white and black areas - less than 50/50 chance you'll be able to read the time. To make matters worse they painted the hand tips white and the outer face is white - you can never see the tips. They missed an opportunity - should have painted the tips red to match the nice red highlights in the bezel. If you're over 40 and don't have perfect vision - don't buy this watch. Sent mine back.
