4Great watch!  Sep 16, 2010 By Wafin
This watch is fun to have on your wrist.

The calibration of the compass was pretty easy. Though you do have to know a bit more information if you want it calibrated as close as possible.

The only issue is that the silver on the outside dial is rubbing off, leaving clear plastic underneath. No biggie as this watch is my everyday watch is put through a lot of abuse.

Very happy with this watch.

4good watch, good strap  May 06, 2010 By Pileated Contractor "Stephen"
Nothing fancy here - this is a good watch that holds up. I hate gaudy expensive watch snobbery. It's a time-teller not a bloody status symbol.

Of course the crystal has become scratched (duh!) but otherwise it takes abuse. things I like: rubber strap - comfortable, flexible, doesn't pinch. Lightweight so I forget I have it on. Has a stainless metal clasp not velcro or something that will wear out. I like Indiglo. I like the "timer" function - it will count down a number of minutes that you set between 1 and 99. Great for not forgetting to flip burgers or check on the kids. Alarms are handy too. I don't use the compass much but you never know...

1Water damage - condensation under the face  Aug 22, 2010 By Jeff B
I've had the watch for 3-4 months and really liked it until I took it in the water once (remained at surface level - watch claims water-resistant to 100m). Since then there's been condensation under the watch face that makes the dial practically unreadable.

4Owned for a year so far. Great watch.  Dec 06, 2011 By Tom Desimone
I got this watch last Christmas and, after wearing it for almost 365 day, I don't have any major complaints. Calibrating the compass is kind of a pain, and I don't do it regularly enough for the compass to be really useful. But still, it's nice to know that it's there, especially when I'm hiking. The indiglo works great. The alarm is acceptable (would be nice to be able to program multiple alarms, but that's not a deal breaker for me).

Overall, I would recommend this watch.

4compass watch  Nov 20, 2011 By m
I was looking for the compass feature. When you press the button, it tells you the direction 12 o'clock is facing in degrees and NESW. You can rotate the outer dial to get the other directions. It stays on for a few seconds and then goes back to your set face. (date/time) The buttons are a little too easy to accidentally press, but for the price this watch is great. Has a black silicone rubber type band which is soft and comfortable.
