unisex size, and J Crew straps Nov 15, 2011
By FG Men & Women are exactly the same size (38x10mm), but men has grey, white & black dial, and women just white! There is one that seem to be beige in the pictures, but it's not, it's white! so if you want to get grey or black, just get the men watch and buy some J crew straps Straps are 20 mm, the only difference is men is a little longer.
"Switch out the strap and give your watch a whole new look. Compatible with our Timex® military watch, Timex vintage field army watch and Timex Andros watch. Poly. Import. 10 5/8"L x 3/4"W. Fits all 18mm watches." [..] [..]

cool watch! Oct 14, 2011
By Melissa Dewbre I love this watch and the fact that you can switch out the bands and get any color you want. This pink is what I had in mind from the picture, and the face is big. Many ppl complained about the ticking of the watch being too loud, but it doesnt seem to be a bother to me. Also fits my wrist well and wasnt too big or small

Good and Bad Nov 05, 2011
By KountryKat Well, it is a beautiful watch ~ nice clear face and steel frame, military numbering, attractive pink strap. In fact, I loved it. But, unfortunately, I had to return as within one week of wearing for about 2 days, the strap started to fray - both where the metal pin goes through to strap onto your wrist and also on the holes that were not being used. I originally purchased this to use in clinicals through nursing school but if it can't hold up to normal day to day use, then there is no way it will last through the rigors of clinical rotations. Sad to say, I returned it. I would repurchase if the strap was revised.

Chunky looking on small wrist Nov 24, 2011
By Bethany It's a very pretty watch, but I have a very small wrist and it looks so big and strange! It kind of looks like a watch that old people need because the numbers are so large! But I like it and I plan on keeping it. I probably will not wear it a lot though because of the size of the watch face.
(And when I say it's too big I don't mean the band, I mean the watch face itself)

Do NOT spend $150 at J. Crew Apr 15, 2012
By Kathleen M. Dodd J. Crew sells a very similar watch on their website for $150. [...]
Yes. I wanted the watch. I wanted to own that classic cool look and have the ability to change the straps for my outfits. I also thought it was ridiculous to spend $150 on a Timex. I can still buy a Timex watch at CVS for $15 so there was no way I was going to spend 10x that amount just because it was being sold by J. Crew.
So, I didn't.
I picked this watch up here on Amazon for $28 and free shipping with Amazon Prime. I received it a couple days later and I am impressed. This watch, unlike it's J. Crew counterpart, had the Indiglo feature. You can still swap out the bands with those being sold via J. Crew and have the "look" for a lot less.
With the $120 I saved from buying this watch here, I can buy a new outfit at J. Crew. There's no love loss, just smart spending!
