 Solid, sturdy watch that looks great Dec 04, 2011

This watch looks great (just as pictured), and the weight of the watch is perfect - not too heavy, but also doesn't feel like a cheap plastic toy. The watch appears to keep time very accurately, so that shouldn't be anyone's worry.
One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the date option only shows a number. This means that the watch cannot distinguish between which months have 30 days, and which ones have 31. On the last day of every other month, you're going to have to reset the date and/or time, but that's not too much work.
The packaging was also nice. The watch came in a a minimalist metal tin box, while the inside holder is made of leather-like material. The metal box can be used as a nice little container if you remove the watch holder.

1 star for its nice and decent looks! the outer ring with 10 20 ....is rotatable. As i opened the box. it was quite surprising for me.. then as soon as i completed my 2nd round rotating that ring, it came on my hand and the small spring (not)attached to it got lose on the carpet though i managed to find that out later! the main issue is that the ring is not attached with anything.. even small effort can take it off easily! other than that it was a nice watch!

Never made it onto my wrist. I tried turning the bezel and it seized up before completing a full revolution.

I got this watch for my husband as a Christmas gift. He really liked the way it looked. Then he brought it to a watch jeweler to have some links in the bracelet removed and the man told him he thought it was fake. Now, a few months later, the bezel fell off. It was not the most expensive watch, but it should not be falling apart. It wasn't a $5 Walmart special, it was still a decent enough price that it should last at least a couple of years before showing signs of wear. Next time, I will be sure to buy from an authorized dealer or direct from the company.
